After a full and clear understanding of your requirements, we will propose
a lump-sum which covers our entire expenses on location within the
scope of our OUTLINE PROPOSAL and our time spent.
The initial outline proposal is free of charge and without obligations.

Cost for international travel will be due on approval of our itinerary.
Arrangements for travel & accommodation can also be made by your
company, if it saves cost.

For frequent projects at different locations but of known proportions and
similar variables, we can offer a retainer at reduced cost.

Any unforeseen expenses would need your prior approval. We will not
quote for purchases of security equipment [although we can make
recommendations based on your needs].

For assignments requiring time of two weeks or less, no deposits are
necessary. Our final bill is payable within one week after your acceptance
of our results. You would be obliged to inspect our work and final report
within one week from the date of our presentation.
